05/03/2008 Women Grab Third-Place Finish and Men Come in Seventh at Patriot League ChampionshipsSix members of the women's track & field team were named to the All-Patriot League First Team in seven events to earn a third-place finish at the 2008 Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by the U.S. Naval Academy. Freshman Janica Austin was named the Rookie of the Meet for her performances in the 100-meter dash, 100-meter hurdles and 4x100 meter relay.
